These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Himachal Pradesh and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Travel and Booking Policies

IMPORTANT REMARKS (Please read carefully & contact us if you need any clarification)

  • Hotel Selection: Before finalizing your hotel choice, please review the pictures and reviews available on Google or TripAdvisor. Refunds will not be issued if the services and amenities do not meet your expectations.
  • Hotel Availability: Hotel availability is subject to early booking. If your selected hotel is unavailable, we will provide an alternative hotel of a similar category.
  • Room Categories: The prices listed are for base category rooms in the respective hotels, unless specified otherwise.
  • Check-in/Check-out Times: Standard hotel check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
  • Night Journeys: Additional charges may apply for night journeys, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Sightseeing Conditions: Sightseeing schedules depend on time spent at each destination, as well as road, political, and weather conditions.
  • Children’s Policy: Two children under 6 years of age can stay for free if sharing the same bed.
  • Extra Beds: Extra beds in hotels will be provided as additional mattresses placed on the ground.
  • ID Requirements: The primary guest must present a valid ID card (Pan card not accepted) and be at least 18 years old.
  • Hotel Admission Rights: While we are responsible for making hotel bookings, the hotel reserves the right to deny admission if the guest’s conduct is deemed improper per hotel policies. Being Himalayan is not liable in such cases.
  • Route and Service Changes: Any changes to the route, hotel, or transport requested by guests may incur additional charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit of the package amount is required to confirm the tour and process bookings.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the first day of the tour after hotel check-in. This ensures smooth tour operations.
  • Payment Methods: The balance can be settled online or in cash to our representatives, depending on the situation.
  • Payment Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the online payment process are the client’s responsibility.
  • Late Payment: We reserve the right to cancel the tour if payment is delayed or not received.

REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation Requests: To request a refund, please inform us in writing at info@beinghimalayan.com. The following cancellation charges apply based on the timing of your request:
    • 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
    • 15-30 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
    • 10-15 Days Prior to Arrival: 70% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
    • Less than 10 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
  • Reconfirmation: All purchases are subject to reconfirmation within one business day. Full refunds will be issued if orders cannot be confirmed.
  • Unused Features: Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the entire payment.
  • Group Tours: Group trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip, providing full refunds to affected customers.
  • Refund Duration: Approved Refunds will be credited to the Original Payment method within 5-10 Business days.

TOUR AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation of your tour, please notify us in writing at info@beinghimalayan.com. Cancellation charges will apply based on the timing of your request (as outlined in the Refund Policy).To change tour dates, please inform us at least 15 days before the tour starts.

  • Website Accuracy: The material on our website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may occur at any time.
  • Liability Disclaimer: The firm Being Himalayan is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred from the use of this site.
  • Natural Calamities: We are not responsible for costs arising from natural disasters, landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances; these costs are to be borne by the client.
  • Sightseeing Conditions: All sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions. Missed sightseeing due to these factors is non-refundable.
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Shimla jurisdiction.
