REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation Requests: To request a refund, please inform us in writing at info@beinghimalayan.com. The following cancellation charges apply based on the timing of your request:
- 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
- 15-30 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
- 10-15 Days Prior to Arrival: 70% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
- Less than 10 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
- Reconfirmation: All purchases are subject to reconfirmation within one business day. Full refunds will be issued if orders cannot be confirmed.
- Unused Features: Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the entire payment.
- Group Tours: Group trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip, providing full refunds to affected customers.
- Refund Duration: Approved Refunds will be credited to the Original Payment method within 5-10 Business days.
