FAQ's

The minimum recommended duration for exploring Spiti valley is 7 Days. If you have 9 days, it would be better to opt for the Complete Spiti Valley Circuit, which also covers parts of Kinnaur as well.

Yes, Spiti Valley is completely safe for couples, families or even solo travellers. The locals are friendly and very welcoming. However, as the region is remote and the roads are mostly empty and slide prone ; we recommend travelling in a group or with an experienced agency. If you are taking your own vehicle, make sure you have experience driving in hilly roads and avoid driving at night.
