Being Himalayan believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors and they have initiated the Booking process of shipping them.
  • Cancellation Requests: To request a refund, please inform us in writing at info@beinghimalayan.com. The following cancellation charges apply based on the timing of your request:
    • 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
    • 15-30 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
    • 10-15 Days Prior to Arrival: 70% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
    • Less than 10 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% of the tour/service cost as cancellation charges.
  • Reconfirmation: All purchases are subject to reconfirmation within one business day. Full refunds will be issued if orders cannot be confirmed.
  • Unused Features: Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the entire payment.
  • Refund Duration: Approved Refunds will be credited to the Original Payment method within 5-10 Business days.
